The entire first floor of Iron Gate's new building has been leased by Liberty Publishing, Inc. Danvers, Ma.

The second floor, 15,000 square feet, with its beautiful views of natural vegetation, Canadian Geese and other wildlife, is still available.

Iron Gate Development will subdivide the space or lease it all to one tennant. There is a 5,000 square foot minimum.

We are providing, at our cost, architectural fit-up plans and space design as well as a generous per square foot build out allowance.
